Ayman Zohair

Ayman Zohair has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ayman is currently serving as the Head of HRBP at DAL Food, where they work directly with senior management to enhance work relationships, improve work culture, and drive productivity and engagement. Previously, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at British American Tobacco, where they advised functional line management on HR strategy and led the implementation of HR operational plans. Prior to that, Ayman worked at Huawei Technologies in various roles, including Human Resources Business Partner, Senior HR Manager, HR Manager, Senior HR Specialist, and HR Assistant. In these roles, they developed and executed HR strategies, planned and designed HR budgets, and managed talent agendas. Ayman also gained early experience as an IT Assistant at Khartoum State Water Corporation.

Ayman Zohair pursued their education from 1997 to 2003 at The Future University. During this time, they earned a B.SC Honors degree in Information Technology.
