Elias Santana

Elias Santana has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Elias is currently working as the Director of Supply Chain and Procurement at Gotham Greens since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Supply Chain and Planning at Casper from 2018 to 2021.

Before joining Casper, Elias worked at e.l.f. Cosmetics as the Associate Director of Supply Planning and Integration in 2017-2018, and as the Senior Manager of Operations and Planning in 2016-2017. Elias also has experience in demand planning and sourcing management at Colgate Palmolive, where they served as the Home Care Demand Planning Manager from 2015 to 2016, and as the Associate Sourcing Manager from 2013 to 2015.

Furthermore, Elias worked at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH in various roles, including Manager of Oral Care and Skin Health Supply Planning from 2012 to 2013, Analyst of Oral Care Supply Planning from 2009 to 2012, and various roles in their Procurement Leadership Program from 2007 to 2009.

Earlier in their career, Elias had an internship in reverse logistics and planning at Dell in 2006 and served as a CPFR COOP at Johnson & Johnson in 2005.

Elias Santana attended Penn State University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Supply Chain Management.
