Maysoon Saliheen Khairy has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving in Research and Development at DAL Food since June 2016, focusing on wheat and wheat flour products as well as bakery products. Maysoon also held roles as Assistant Research Laboratory Manager and Quality Control Supervisor in the ISO 17025 accredited Dal Food Research Laboratory. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Quality Analyst at Sayga Flour Mills from May 2010 to March 2014. Maysoon holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Sudan University of Science and Technology.
