Salma Elgaali has a diverse work experience that spans over different industries. Salma Elgaali started their career in 2006 as a Customs Administrator at Schlumberger, where they ensured compliance with import and export laws and regulations. In 2007, they moved to Schlumberger Overseas as a Trade Control Compliance Coordinator, where they implemented trade compliance policies and provided training and guidance to employees. In 2009, they joined DAL Food as a Project Manager, and later became the Strategic Planning Manager. In their role as the Head of Planning and Executive Governance, they were responsible for measuring corporate performance, designing and implementing a performance management system, and managing the meetings governance process. Salma holds several certifications including a BSP, SPP, PMP, and an MBA.
