Chris Dunn

Chris Dunn has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and management. Chris began their career as a Compensation Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas from 1996 to 2000. Chris then worked at TXU Energy as an HR Representative for Compensation from 2000 to 2001. Chris joined Dal-Tile Corporation in 2001 and held various roles including Sr. Compensation Analyst, Compensation Manager, HR Manager for Dallas Manufacturing, Corporate/Manufacturing HR Manager, and Regional HR Manager for the West Coast. From 2015 to 2016, Chris served as the Director of Human Resources for the Wood and Laminate Division at Mohawk Industries. Currently, Chris is the Human Resources Director at Dal-Tile Corporation, overseeing a team of HR professionals supporting manufacturing plants and distribution centers across multiple states.

Chris Dunn has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In addition, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM - CP) certification in January 2017 from SHRM and the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification in 1998 from WorldatWork.
