Jay Ballard

Jay Ballard currently serves as the Division Safety Manager for Sales Business Units at Dal-Tile LLC, overseeing safety operations for over 290 sales service centers across the USA and Canada since April 2013. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of Health and Safety Specialist II at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from February 2006 to April 2013, and also worked as Administrative Manager for Zone 4 within the same company. Jay Ballard earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Health and Safety from the University of Central Oklahoma.
