Wayne Wilkins

Wayne Wilkins has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Wayne started their career as a Personnel Officer in the US Navy from July 1989 to May 1997. Following that, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Doskocil Manufacturing (d/b/a Petmate) from May 1997 to August 2001.

In 2001, Wayne joined Dal-Tile Corporation, where they held various positions over the years. Wayne started as a Senior Financial Analyst from August 2001 to March 2005, then became the Manager of Reporting, Planning, and Analysis from March 2005 to January 2007. From January 2007 to April 2011, they served as the Regional Credit Manager.

Wayne then transitioned to the role of Sr. Manager of DAL SBU Finance at Dal-Tile Corporation, where they oversaw responsibilities such as financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reconciliations, and system implementation. Wayne also managed the monthly financial close and reporting for the DAL SBU. This role lasted from April 2011 to August 2014.

Afterward, Wayne took on the position of Finance Director at Dal-Tile Corporation, starting from August 2014 and continuing until January 2020. In this role, they also handled sales force compensation and customer rebates.

Most recently, Wayne has been working as the Senior Director of Sales Operations and Business Intelligence at Dal-Tile Corporation since January 2020.

Wayne Wilkins received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Santa Fe University of Art and Design in 1996. Wayne then went on to pursue their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington, which they completed in 2001.
