James Glassman

James Glassman is an accomplished executive in the real estate industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Strategy & Operations at Dalan Real Estate since October 2020. Prior roles include Manager of Strategy, Planning and Analytics at Beam Living, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, from February 2018 to October 2020, and Associate Asset Manager at LivCor, also a Blackstone Portfolio Company, from August 2015 to January 2018. James Glassman began a career in real estate at Newcastle Realty Services LLC as a Property Manager from May 2012 to June 2014, followed by a position as Account Executive at Maxwell-Kates, Inc. from June 2014 to July 2015. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and History from the University of Rochester, obtained in 2012, following education at Edgemont Jr./Sr. High School from 2001 to 2008.
