Aaron Mihaly

Aaron Mihaly is an experienced professional in international development and consulting, currently serving as Associate Program Director and Program Manager at Dalberg Catalyst since January 2022. Prior to this role, Aaron was a Senior Project Manager at Dalberg from February 2020 to January 2022, focusing on impactful advisory services. Aaron's previous experience includes serving as Associate Director at FSG, and holding multiple positions at McKinsey & Company, including Engagement Manager. Notably, Aaron contributed to the launch of a low-income housing microcredit project during an internship at Ashoka and managed a significant rural healthcare project at the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Aaron holds an AB in Government from Harvard University, an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and an MA in International Development and International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
