Oren Ahoobim

Oren Ahoobim is a Partner at Dalberg, a position they have held since May 2015. Prior to their current role, they served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Stern School of Business from November 2011 to May 2015.

Oren's professional experience also includes working as the Sustainable Development Practice Head at Frontier Strategy Group from August 2005 to January 2008, where they advised multinationals in emerging markets on strategies to address environmental and sustainability challenges and opportunities. Oren also worked as the Director at Frontier Strategy Group from December 2008 to November 2010.

Prior to their work in the sustainability field, Oren worked as an Analyst and Associate at Mercer Management Consulting from September 1998 to August 2001.

Oren's research interests include clean energy, environmental economics, environmental markets, sustainable development, and carbon finance. Their dissertation addressed the economics of renewable energy policy in electricity markets.

Oren Ahoobim's educational career began with a BA in Economics from Stanford University. Oren then went on to earn an MA and PhD in Energy and Environmental Economics from Stanford University.
