Boubou Doucoure has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a role as a Volunteer Coordinator for Student Anti Genocide Coalition in 2008. In 2007, they took on the role of Event Coordinator for Amnesty International USA. From 2010 to 2012, they served as Assistant Community Living Manager for Sertoma Inc. and Customer Advisor for Elavon, Inc. In 2013, they began working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the University of Guelph. In 2014, they took on a Consultant role for the World Health Organization. Boubou Doucoure attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government. Boubou then went on to the University of Guelph from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Masters in Political Science & International Development.
