Carly McCann currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Dale Workforce Solutions, a recognized WBENC certified woman-owned staffing and talent solution provider focused on empowering change and enriching partnerships. Previously, Carly held the position of Vice President of Business Development at The Tolan Group, where efforts centered on business development for healthcare clients through retained executive search and professional services. Carly also contributed as the Director of Business Development at The Tolan Group, where responsibilities included building an interim talent division and coaching team members. Prior experience includes managing client delivery at CSI Tech and supervising sales operations at Michael Kors. Carly holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of South Florida.
