Michael Schepers

Michael Schepers has worked in various roles since 2010. Michael began their career as a Photo Tech at Walmart in 2010, where they maintained all printers and computers on the network, including repair and troubleshooting, oversaw storage and proper distribution of customer packaging, and did photo editing and construction of photo related projects. In 2015, they became a Hybrid Technician at Precision Document Solutions, where they repaired and refurbished parts and printers for Barnes Jewish Hospital / Children's / outlining offices and clinics, managed toner and consumable inventory, and worked closely with IT teams across Missouri to troubleshoot issues in network and printer communication. In 2016, they worked as a Managed Services Engineer and SharePoint Support Engineer at Fpweb.net, where they were responsible for troubleshooting issues that may arise in a Sharepoint or SQL Environments for all active customers, as well as handling support calls and emails. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Managed Services Engineer at US Cloud, an award-winning global managed cloud provider, where they helped companies simplify their infrastructure, unburden their team, and protect their brand. Michael is currently working as a MSP Engineer - Tier III at Dalechek Technology Group.

Michael Schepers has attended Saint Louis Community College, where they studied General Studies. Michael also holds two certifications from Microsoft, MTA: Database Fundamentals - Certified 2017, which they obtained in August 2017, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, which they obtained in August 2021.
