Jonathan has held various leadership roles, including Head of Knowledge Management, Product Marketing Manager, and Customer Advocate, contributing significantly to Dalet's transformation and the implementation of efficient media workflows. Prior experience includes managing projects for notable organizations like Voice of America, NBC News, and CPAC, along with founding a global magazine. Jonathan holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Master's in Middle Eastern Studies, and has demonstrated a commitment to both customer advocacy and media innovation throughout his career.
