Mattson Newell

Mattson Newell has worked in a variety of roles in the corporate and sports industries. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Project Manager & Media Relations for ESPN, working with the Orlando Magic, the Utah Jazz, and the Brigham Young University Athletic Department. In 2008, they began working as a Business Analyst for International Commerce Development Corporation, a global consulting company. In 2015, they became a Contributing Columnist for Inc. Magazine. Since 2008, they have also served as a Senior Consulting Partner & Director of Client Success for Culture Partners (formerly Partners In Leadership), a global Culture Management firm.

Mattson Newell completed the Executive Leadership Program at the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Mattson then obtained a M.A. in Communications Management with an MBA Core from the University of Southern California. Finally, they earned a B.A. in Communications & Business Management at the Marriott School of Management from Brigham Young University.
