Martin Coles has over 17 years of work experience in various marketing and leadership roles. Martin most recently served as the Global Head of Demand Generation at Dalet since 2022. Prior to that, they were the CMO at LWKS, where they developed marketing strategies and programs for Lightworks and QScan. Martin also held positions as the VP of Marketing at IPV from 2018 to 2021 and as the Head of Marketing at Kinetic from 2017 to 2018. Coles has extensive experience in the technology industry, including serving as the Global Head of Product & Growth Marketing at essensys from 2007 to 2017. Additionally, they co-founded TVOC, a leading virtual office platform, and worked as a Sales and Service Team Manager at Sky.

Martin Coles attended the University of Plymouth, where they studied Politics. Martin has also obtained several certifications related to marketing, diversity recruiting, diversity inclusion, unconscious bias, and strategic thinking from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
