Dr. Shweta Shah

Dr. Shweta Shah is a Senior Business Transformation Consultant in Healthcare at IBM since April 2023, previously serving as a Business Transformation Consultant in Healthcare & Lifesciences. In addition, Dr. Shah is an MDI Student Representative at Dalhousie University. Prior experience includes working as a Consultant, Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon at One Day Surgery Centre, where significant contributions included the successful implementation of EMR software. Dr. Shah also held positions as a Resident Doctor in Head and Neck Oncology at Asian Cancer Institute and in Cleft Lip and Palate at SHUSHRUSHA HOSPITALS PRIVATE LIMITED, alongside serving as an Associate Dentist at Maru Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Health Informatics from Dalhousie University and a Master of Dental Surgery in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, in which Dr. Shah was a Silver Medalist. Additional education includes a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and a high school diploma in Science.
