Jen Bolster currently serves as the Interim Executive Director of Clinical Services and Director of Clinical Systems at Ambulance Tasmania, while actively engaging as a Peer Reviewer for multiple journals including Drug and Alcohol Dependence Journal and American Journal of Addictions. With extensive experience in emergency health services, Jen holds a leadership role as Paramedic Practice Leader for Mental Health and Substance Use at BC Emergency Health Services, overseeing the delivery of patient care and the implementation of clinical guidelines. Additionally, Jen contributes to academia as a Sessional Instructor at various institutions and is a Senior Research Assistant at Fanshawe College. Educational qualifications include a forthcoming PhD in Paramedicine and multiple degrees in paramedicine and public policy from Monash University and other institutions. Jen also champions gender equity in the field through leadership of the Women in Paramedicine Special Interest Group.
