Faisal Banasser

Faisal Banasser is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as Human Resources Director at Dallah Hospital since March 2022, following a role as Human Resources Operations Manager. Prior experience includes positions such as Section Head of Employee Relations and Payroll at Maaden from August 2020 to April 2022, and Payroll Manager at King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital from July 2012 to August 2020. Faisal began a career in payroll at Tawuniya, where responsibilities included serving as Group Leader from August 2005 to July 2012, and started at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Management Trainee from May 2004 to August 2005. Educationally, Faisal holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University, a High Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Public Administration, and completed the Executive Development Programme at INSEAD in early 2023.
