Dione Terrell

Dione Terrell has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Dione currently holds the role of Sr. Director of Operations at Dallas Afterschool, which they assumed in July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations and Manager of Operations at the same organization from March 2019 to the present. In these roles, Dione was responsible for evaluating and implementing business policies and practices that improved day-to-day operations.

Before joining Dallas Afterschool, Dione worked as an Executive Assistant at Dallas Independent School District from September 2012 to March 2019. Dione also served as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Headway Workforce Solutions from October 2011 to October 2012.

Dione's earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Assistant/Office Manager at NTT DATA Enterprise Services (previously Optimal Solutions) from November 2006 to March 2011, and as a Human Resources Assistant at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission from January 2004 to November 2006.

Dione Terrell earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from DeVry University in 2001. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
