Jonathan Yip

Jonathan Yip currently serves as the Assistant VP of Payment Systems & Statistical Reporting at DART, overseeing a team of over 50 members and managing a $70 million payment systems infrastructure in fare collection. Prior to this role, Jonathan contributed to the Utah Transit Authority for 18 years, progressing from an intern to the Senior Manager of Operations Analysis and Solutions, where responsibilities included managing a $2 million department budget and leading data teams to enhance operational performance across the agency. Jonathan's educational background includes a Professional Master in Science and Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, all from the University of Utah.
