Kristen Albritton

Kristen Albritton is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience in providing individual therapy and play therapy for children, teens, young adults, parents, and couples. Currently employed at Dallas Counseling and Treatment Center since November 2020, Kristen previously worked as a counselor at Think Tank Counseling and as an intake specialist at WellBridge Healthcare, where psychiatric assessments were conducted for the geriatric population. Other roles include providing faith-based and general counseling at Parkway Hills Baptist Church, serving as a PHP IOP Program Therapist at Carrollton Springs, and specializing in play therapy for children facing anxiety, depression, and trauma at New Heights Counseling, LLC. Early career experiences also include group therapy provision at Sundance Hospital Dallas, along with substitute teaching across various subjects and educational settings. Kristen earned a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
