Billy Gipson II

Billy Gipson II is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and logistics management. Currently serving as the Critical Infrastructure and Logistics Division Chief for Dallas County since January 2023, Billy Gipson II oversees the Logistics and Critical Infrastructure program, focusing on safeguarding county resources against various disasters.
