Bob Wilson

Bob Wilson is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Dallas County, Texas, since February 2019, Wilson oversees HR services for over 6,000 employees. Prior to this position, Wilson was the Chief of Staff and Director of Administrative Services for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, managing HR, finance, and various administrative functions for a 3,500 employee organization. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp., where Wilson developed HR strategies and managed national recruiting efforts, and held operational responsibilities with full P&L oversight. Wilson began a career in the United States Marine Corps as a Captain, specializing in artillery. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Management from Troy University and a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of North Texas.
