Michelle Wilson

Michelle Wilson, PMP, has over a decade of experience in project management and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Dallas County since November 2010, Michelle oversees all phases of the program system development lifecycle, working closely with end users to address business needs. Previous roles include Systems Analyst at American Red Cross from 2007 to 2012 and Systems Analyst II at Edge Professional Services from 2007 to 2011, where Michelle led design sessions, managed stakeholder requirements, and provided ongoing support for multiple applications. At WPS, from December 2003 to April 2006, Michelle was selected as the tier I lead for a Department of Defense initiative and managed helpdesk operations. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Internetworking Technology from Strayer University and an Associate of Science in Information Technology and Network Support from Computer Learning Center.
