Rhonda Lamb

Rhonda Lamb currently serves as Chief of Operations at Dallas County, overseeing nine divisions with over 240 employees and acting as an assistant to the County Clerk. Responsibilities include managing all operational activities, reviewing personnel functions, and implementing priorities. Previously, Rhonda held roles as Criminal Collections Assistant Manager & Manager, training new employees and supervising a team, and as an Investigator II at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, conducting investigations related to child abuse and neglect. Rhonda began their career at Citi, managing client service representatives and developing internal procedures. Rhonda holds a Master's in Business Administration from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Northwood University.
