Kayla Lee is a seasoned human resource professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Sr. Human Resource Business Partner at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport since July 2022, Kayla provides strategic consultation in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and performance management. Prior to this role, Kayla held various positions at Amazon, where responsibilities included leading HR teams and driving improvements in employee life-cycle processes.
