Megan M. Leniek

Megan M. Leniek, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and strategic HR consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Net Health since January 2024, Megan provides leadership with support in various HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational design. Previously, Megan worked at Collins Aerospace for over a decade, first as an On-site Human Resource Generalist, managing HR responsibilities for more than 200 employees, and then as a Senior Employee Relations Partner, supporting employee relations across the United States. Megan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Development from Binghamton University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from SUNY Broome Community College.
