Latonya Flournoy

LaTonya Flournoy is a seasoned professional in employee experience and diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Sr. Employee Experience Partner at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport since November 2022. In this role, Flournoy leads strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement, productivity, and retention through inclusive programs and policies aligned with the airport's core values. Previously, as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at CBRE from April 2019 to June 2022, Flournoy designed and implemented programs promoting a sense of belonging and growth. Flournoy has also held significant positions at Pioneer Natural Resources Company and American Airlines, focusing on embedding employee-centered initiatives into organizational strategies. Flournoy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Northwood University.
