Nikki Moore

Nikki Moore, MBA, CLMS, currently serves as a Senior Workers' Compensation and Leave Analyst at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport since January 2024. Previously, Nikki held the position of Senior Benefits Administration Analyst at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. from August 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included integrating the U.S. Legacy Dr Pepper employee population into Workday, managing benefits plans, and overseeing vendor relationships. Prior experience also includes roles as a Benefits Analyst at ATI Physical Therapy, focusing on stakeholder collaboration and process improvement, and as a Benefits Administrator at BAS, managing open enrollment and leave management processes. Nikki earned a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2002 and 2005.
