Michael Weaver, CFM

Michael Weaver, CFM is an experienced facilities and operations leader with a proven track record in developing preventive maintenance strategies, implementing safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement programs. Serving as Director of Facilities and Director of Operations at the Dallas Holocaust Museum/Center for Education and Tolerance since January 2019, Michael has successfully managed high-profile infrastructure upgrades and design-build initiatives. Prior to this role, Michael held positions including Chief Engineer at Harwood International and Assistant Chief Engineer at ABLE Engineering Services Inc., overseeing four buildings totaling 1.2 million square feet. Michael started as a Building Engineer at Sunwest Management from October 2012 to February 2016.
