Alandra st. Clair

Alandra St. Clair, M.Ed, serves as a Learning and Development Facilitator and Distinguished Educator at the Dallas Independent School District since August 2018, leveraging previous experience as an Educator in both Baltimore City Public Schools and Dallas Independent School District. Alandra's career began with Teach For America, where selection occurred from a highly competitive pool of applicants, focusing on teaching in under-resourced schools. Alongside this, roles include Program Site Coordinator at Big Thought, Junior Program Manager for the Multicultural Recruitment Team at Southeast Missouri State University, and Implementation Specialist at Children's Mercy Kansas City. Alandra holds a Master's degree in Education from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University. Continuous professional development is pursued through Coursera since 2022.
