Debra Baldwin

Debra Baldwin has extensive experience in education and interpretation, currently serving as an Administrative Aide at Dallas Independent School District since August 2020, where responsibilities include interpreting for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students in various classes. Previously, Debra was an Independent Consultant for Mary K from January 2017 to September 2025, and an American Sign Language Teacher at Mesquite Independent School District from August 2006 to September 2025, instructing students from 9th to 12th grade at different proficiency levels. Debra's academic qualifications include a BA in Speech and Drama from Hampton University, an MA in Higher Education from Kaplan University, and an ongoing MA in Education from Purdue Global, complemented by earlier education at Triton Community College, University of Iowa, and Collin County Community College District.
