Isabelle Nogoy

Isabelle Nogoy, M.Ed., has extensive experience in education and team management. As an H-TECH Algebra I & II Teacher at Dallas Independent School District since August 2021, Isabelle developed a state-standard aligned curriculum for 170 honors mathematics students, successfully differentiated instruction, and achieved a 92% growth goal completion rate among students. Additionally, Isabelle served as an Assistant Volleyball Coach, where individualized training was provided to enhance the skills of junior varsity student-athletes. Prior roles with Teach For America included Manager of Matriculation and Operations Specialist, supporting corps members in logistics and compliance. Isabelle's professional journey began as a Front Desk Staff member at SoulCycle Inc. and as a Microsoft Researcher and Community Engagement Specialist at Insight Global. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington.
