Katie-Lauren Lewis

Katie-Lauren Lewis has extensive experience in education and management, currently serving as Principal at the Dallas Independent School District since August 2013, following roles as Assistant Principal, Workplace Learning Coordinator, and IB Coordinator. Lewis has a strong background in teaching, working as a Reading Mastery Teacher with middle school students and previously as a Teacher in Nigeria, focusing on English language acquisition and literature. Additional experience includes retail sales at Nordstrom, coaching children in gymnastics and cheerleading, and various administrative roles. Lewis earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007.
