Sebastian Saucedo

Sebastian Saucedo is an accomplished media relations professional with extensive experience in coordinating communications and media outreach. Currently serving as Media Relations Coordinator for the Dallas Independent School District since September 2019, Saucedo acts as the primary liaison for local and regional media, facilitating interviews and stories with educators and staff. Previously, as Press and Media Manager at the Consulate General of Mexico in Houston from November 2016 to December 2018, Saucedo managed media relations to foster positive connections with various news outlets. Earlier roles at the Presidencia de la República in Mexico included Deputy Director and Chief of Staff of the International Media Office, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring international media coverage, conducting analyses, and producing reports for high-level government officials. Saucedo holds a Master's degree in Critical Geopolitics from Newcastle University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Media from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
