Valarie Kendrick

Valarie Kendrick has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as a High School Principal for Dallas Independent School District since 1997. Previous roles include Principal at Birdie Alexander Elementary and Umphrey Lee Elementary, Assistant Principal at Barbara Manns Alternative School, and multiple positions at Bryan Adams High School, including Learning Community Coordinator and English Teacher. Valarie Kendrick began their career as an English Teacher at Rome City Schools from 1987 to 1997. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Learning and Organizational Change at Baylor University, Valarie Kendrick also holds a Master's degree in Urban Education and Leadership from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Tougaloo College.
