Heather Rojas

Heather Rojas has extensive experience in customer service and sales within the sports and media industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Premium Service for the Dallas Mavericks since December 2016, Heather excels in building strong relationships with premium members and ensuring outstanding service delivery. Previous roles at the Dallas Mavericks included Premium Service Account Manager and Service and Retention Executive, where efforts focused on fostering connections with Season Ticket Members. Prior experience includes serving as a Multimedia Account Executive at Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Advertising Sales and Marketing Director at The Grand Prairie Airhogs, and Advertisement Sales Representative at The Shorthorn UTA Student Newspaper. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Advertisement from The University of Texas at Arlington.
