Rachelle Hill has extensive experience in membership services and event operations within professional sports, currently serving as Senior Manager of Membership Service for the San Francisco 49ers since January 2019, following roles as Manager of Mina Tailgate & Membership Service and Membership Service Consultant. Prior experience includes working as Account Service Manager for the San Jose Sharks, where responsibilities involved promoting fan engagement and managing in-game contests, as well as roles with the Golden State Warriors and other sports organizations. Rachelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from California State University - East Bay, enhancing skills in public and organizational communication developed through various positions in customer service, marketing, and administrative roles across multiple sports teams.
