Lisa Phan

Lisa Phan is an experienced executive assistant currently serving the Dallas Mavericks as an Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Vice President, General Manager & President of Basketball Operations, as well as to the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Sponsorships since November 2022. Prior to this role, Lisa spent over three years at the North Texas Tollway Authority as an Executive Assistant to the Head of HR/HR Coordinator. Lisa's earlier career includes positions as a Brand Ambassador at Ascent Talent, Event Coordinator/Head Trainer/Keyholder at Blue Fish, Recruiter at PrideStaff, and Staffing Specialist/On-Site Recruiter at Manpower. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Texas, an Associate’s Degree from Collin College, and a High School Diploma from Haltom High School.
