Olivia Hayden-Pless

Olivia Hayden-Pless currently serves as Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer at the Dallas Mavericks, a position held since September 2024. Prior experience includes five years at the Miami HEAT, where Olivia worked as Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, and held a role as Marketing Specialist. Prior to that, Olivia was with Wiley Rein LLP as Information Services Coordinator and Administrative Assistant from October 2017 to August 2019. Olivia began their career at Juniata College, contributing as Juniata Associate for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion and as a Student Assistant in the Enrollment Office. Educated with Bachelor's degrees in International Development and Spanish from both Juniata College and Universidad San Francisco de Quito, Olivia also worked as Event Specialist for Fundación Ecuatoriana Equidad, where responsibilities included event planning and translation.
