Phillip McKibbins -Mba

Phillip McKibbins is a highly experienced technology executive currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Innovation Officer for the Dallas Mavericks since February 2024, responsible for managing technical operations and shaping technology strategies. Previously, Phillip held senior leadership roles in technology at EL1 Sports, Elysian Sports, and The Los Angeles Dodgers Training Academy. Phillip has a notable history with ESPN, where as Sr. Director of Enterprise QA & Portfolio, led the establishment of the Global Enterprise Quality Assurance Group, significantly enhancing quality and productivity. Additional experience includes a tenure as Executive Director at NBCUniversal, overseeing operational support for multiple Comcast networks. Phillip holds an Executive Certificate from the Wharton School, an MS in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, an Executive Certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
