Inie Amadife

Inie (Nia) Amadife is a seasoned Human Resources Leader with extensive experience in strategic HR management across various sectors, including the arts, international NGOs, healthcare, and corporate environments. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the Dallas Museum of Art, Amadife focuses on aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and providing leadership to executive teams and the Board of Directors. Previous roles include Global HR Business Partner at ChildFund International and HR Manager at FLANDERS, where Amadife led global HR initiatives, talent acquisition strategies, and organizational change management.
