Dallas Regional Chamber
Fred Guerra worked as the Director of Public Policy and Education at the Dallas Regional Chamber starting in March 2010. Prior to that, they were a Press Secretary at the Texas House of Representatives-Speaker's Office from February 2009 to February 2010. Before that, they worked as a Manager of Statewide Communications at the Texas Council on Family Violence (TCFV) from September 2007 to January 2009.
Fred Guerra earned a Masters Degree in Education with a concentration in Counseling/Guidance/Psychology from Texas State University between 1969 and 1973.
