Jarrad Toussant's work experience includes being a Senior Vice President at the Dallas Regional Chamber since 2021. Following their bachelor's degree, Toussant decided to further their education and enrolled at Rutgers University in 2003. Jarrad pursued a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree and completed the program in 2005.

In 2009, Toussant returned to Rutgers, this time to their Business School, to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in marketing. Jarrad successfully completed the program in 2011, furthering their education in the field of business and marketing.
