Michael Wood

Michael Wood has several years of experience in the education and workforce sector. Michael currently serves as the Managing Director, Education & Workforce at the Dallas Regional Chamber, a role they started in January 2022. Before this, they held the position of Director, Education & Workforce at the same organization from January 2021 to December 2021. Prior to joining the Dallas Regional Chamber, Michael worked at The Commit Partnership as an Associate, Advocacy from May 2018 to August 2019. Michael also served as a Policy Fellow at the organization from January 2017 to May 2018. Michael's earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Director at Explore Horizons from June 2016 to January 2017.

Michael Wood completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Texas Christian University from 2012 to 2016. Michael later pursued a Master of Public Policy (M.P.P.) at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2017 to 2018.
