Dallas Regional Chamber
Tom Dubowski, CPA, currently serves as Controller at the Dallas Regional Chamber, contributing to efforts that enhance the Dallas Region for residents and businesses since 2020. Previous roles include Vice President of Finance at Arcosa Tank, LLC, overseeing finance and accounting during a significant organizational spin-off from Trinity Industries, and a similar position at Trinity Industries, where leadership in finance supported operations across the US, Mexico, and Canada. Prior to that, Tom held various positions at Tetra Tech, Maxim Technologies, Centra Benefits, Halliburton, and JCPenney, accumulating extensive experience in finance, accounting, and organizational restructuring. Tom holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and further education from Southern Methodist University and The University of Texas at Dallas.
