Rafael Kapell

Rafael Kapell is a seasoned professional in partnership activation and sales within the sports industry, currently serving as Partnership Activation Director for both the Dallas Wings and Panther City Lacrosse Club since April 2021. At the Dallas Wings, Rafael played a pivotal role in relaunching the team for the 2021 season, leading to substantial growth in the following year. Similarly, at Panther City Lacrosse Club, Rafael was instrumental in launching the franchise, achieving the top team partnership revenue in the National Lacrosse League. Additional experience includes roles at Greensboro Swarm and Cleveland Guardians, where Rafael developed strong client relations and innovative sales strategies. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The Ohio State University.
