Steven Ulloa

Steven Ulloa is an experienced GIS and Location Analytics Director at Dallimore & Co, where since March 2015, Steven has designed location-based analytics for numerous projects aimed at roadmap and expansion strategies for private equity firms and retail brands. Ulloa architected a cloud-based analytics stack that integrates various data sources to assist real estate deal makers and retail executives in decision-making processes. Additionally, Steven founded an internship program to train students in business intelligence and commercial real estate. Prior to this role, Ulloa worked as a GIS Analytics Manager at Publix Super Markets and held various positions as a GIS Analyst and Graduate Research Assistant. Ulloa holds a Master of Arts in Geography, a Graduate Certificate in Geographical Information Systems, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Geography and Political Science, all from the University of South Florida.
