Dharmender Tuteja has extensive experience in finance and commercial management, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at Dalmia Bharat Limited since December 2011. Tuteja has held various leadership roles within the organization, overseeing Finance, Accounts, and procurement functions specifically within the Cement Business and managing financial aspects of acquisitions. Previously, Tuteja was CFO at Humboldt Wedag India Pvt. Ltd., involved in strategic oversight of finance, IT, legal, and HR functions. Career history includes significant finance roles at Controls & Switchgear Group and Samtel Color Limited, as well as foundational positions at KRIBHCO and SAIL. Tuteja holds professional qualifications from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, alongside a B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
